I just converted a 73 3/4 ton Dodge axle to Disc brakes using chevy stuff. You can use early 70's chevy knucles, they have Caliper mounts that are smaller, tie rods that point down (nut). Later chevy have full size Caliper mounting plate, tie rod end that point up, still with larger taper. Early chevy have externally mounted locking hubs, laters have internal type. This is what I did, 73 dodge axle, 71 GM knuckles, spindles, Splined yoke shafts, Early hubs, all 70's rotors and calipers will work. I used the early knuckles so the tie rod end faces down. I put axle in 70 W200 and I had to move shock brackets to front of tube. I needed clearance for them, so I had to use the stock 70 W200 tie rod crossbar. It had offset bends 8" in from each end. I had the bar bored out and threaded to match the chevy tie rod end RH 3/4-16 and LH 3/4-16 thread size. The stock bar was thicker than the stock chevy, so even with this size change. Wall size on bar is still thicker than GM bar was. I found wheel studs by Dorman that matched the chevy base size and knurling (.624) and had 1/2 stud size for stock Dodge lug nuts. 71 chevy brake lines fit without any mods. Used stock 73 Dodge pitman arm on knuckle, it fit the best and matched up to stock Dodge Drag link.
