Most M880s that I have seen, were your basic '77 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 with 318/2bbl automatics with manual steering. I really don't think that they are worth any more than any other Dodge. When one Government agency decides to sell some thing (like a M880) they are offered to other Gov't agencies first (like Universities for example), if they are not sold, they are then offered to the public usually at auction. A local university here sold two M880s last fall in a bid sale, they went for $1100, and $1500 each. They had 25k to 40k miles on the odometer (probably orginal).
