You can use which ever you want, the Ford or the Chevy. Just make sure to swap on the Dodge pitman arm to the driver side steering knuckle, that will keep the steering right. Also, make sure to use the tierod from the donor axle, as the Dodge uses a smaller tierod end. I would suggest the Chevy axle for a donor, more common, and the parts are cheaper.( in fact I have just the parts you need) The only down side of using the Chevy parts is that it uses 9/16 wheel lugs, Dodge and Ford use 1/2, no problem, just means you should carry 2 different sizes of spare lugnuts, or put the larger lugs on your rearend.
