OK, I'm convinced. I will admit that my F150 can't run down the
road with the snow plow on without overheating. I cured that by
installing a little bracked I made which locks the fan. I take it
off at the end of winter.
I guess we still don't have a guess what the real loss in efficiency
is (air being rather different from water etc.)
What's your opinion of the electric fans? I have two reasons to ask this.
The other one is my conversion project which will definitely not have room for
a mechanical fan.
