There are numerous bellhousings available for the
LA engine.
I have at least one like the other guy just
described (one size fits all). I also have a
"B/RB" bellhousing,"B/RB" to big truck type
tranny (like Spicers,Road Ranger and Brown-Lipe) a
"A/LA/early Hemi" to 4-spd. Some are hydraulic,
some ar not.As far as flywheels go, they are balanced for
the application and DON'T interchange betweeen 318, 340 and 360
(per my books) but if you look on the flexplate of a 360, you'll find
a balance weight which you can have made and
welded into the same location on a 318 flywheel
to make it a 360 flywheel, which can be a little
hard to find. (I think I only have 2) What are
