Certainly correct, Fulltime 4wd would not require Lockouts. Not sure what contract states what, maybe the Chevy's have the lockouts and the Dodges full time. At the time, I wasn't into modern Chevy/Dodge material, as they were merely Militarised Civilians to me. I was working resto on my Command Car which we used on good days instead of the CUCV I was issued. Even allowed my driver the choice to drive the CUCV or the CmdCar, naturally he picked the 3/4 ton.
