i painted my command car with ppg #440721 ditzler flat paint. it is the closest to wwII flat that i have seen. Problem is that it is flat and it marks easy. greasy hand prints, brush scratches, etc all show up. use a military semigloss od and flatten it to appear correct. I am going to repaint my command car in this fashion.
