All I can say is that the three way mount bolted to the tranny that hold the pivot pin for the brake and tcase levels all seem to be different. I have 3 supposedly from the same period truck and they're all different. Someday I'm going to have to figure out which one to use. I should noted which one came off. Maybe the new cable is easier? Your tranny is different than the later trucks so I bet that mount is in a different place too. The 48 crossmember and tcase are the same for all trucks.
