The M37 group buy was actually a deal brokered by a regular on the www.bigelectric.com forum between Michelin and the MVPA to facilitate the purchase of the military spec tires by the public at a sugested retail price. The program provided for ordering instructions and set prices so that any Michelin dealer could order the tires and so that the company could tract the volume of orders.
Perhaps folks that want these tires could contact Bill at Bill's Tires and Roger Handren at Michelin so that they could have a better idea of possible orders for these tires...
