Dana 70 towing question

I have a 96 Ram 2500/Cummins/5spd/SRW/2WD. I am setting it up to tow a 5th wheel equipment trailer, grossing about 13k-15k lbs.

My question is will this axle pull this kind of weight? Should I swap to a DRW Dana 80? Will a Dana 80 even bolt up? Or can I make this Dana 70 a DRW? I really think I'll need DRWs for the trailer to be as stable as possible.

I'm doing this on the cheap so I don't want to just go out and replace the truck with a proper DRW 3500.

Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
