Thanks to all about the advice. I was assuming that a horse would just get in the trailer if you pointed to the trailer and said "git!!". :-)

I will leave horse transportation to people who know what they are doing. Although I do not like horses, I wish them no ill and have respect for their power and potential.

Thanks again for the advice and I feel better now with my decision to decline the offer to move this horse.
