I went in sorta' shame cause of their "here say" attitude. Also cause we had everything PAID with no refunds. Went through many adventures and found that even if they seemingly "liked" you, they still underneath hated you. ABSOLUTELY no one (except an American we met) gave us a straight answer as to if the "tip" was included in the restaurant tab.
We went to the Louvre and tried to buy a poster in one of the shops. The lady working there spoke NO ENGLISH. Zero! Understandable cause we were in France (I am tempramental about this due to listening to Spanish vs. English everytime I call Gov't agencies) Then met a nice young college age kid and his Mom who were standing behind me in the shop also trying to buy the poster. (At this time it was GREAT talking to someone who spoke English)The kid pulled me aside and advised me that the lady working there, spoke fluent english with the customer before me. That kinda' gives you and idea of what we ran into. I will NEVER go back except to see the rest of the Louvre for a day and that will be when I win the lottery so I can afford it!
