I just pulled a belt-driven governor off an old Oliver combine. It had a Chrysler flathead six engine. I don't know if this governor is the same as a PW governor, but I do know it will work on a PW engine. I also have the carb, which looks like the carb on my PW. I also removed a hydralic pump from this same engine. It bolts to the crankshaft, I was only able to get half of the adapter, so a crankshaft mount would have to be fabricated. The governor and the hydralic pump would allow a person to use hydralic implements and the governor would be good for these or even with a winch and PTO. Is anyone interested in some or all of this stuff?
