i think that bob stahl in ma is the only one i would have do the truck for me. quite a distance from you though. he is fair and has all of the tools / expertise to do it right.

i did it myself and found it to be a fairly extensive project. some thoughts:

buy a donor vehicle - running dodge truck with correct engine, trans, bellhousing, and 4x4 power steering. if the engine runs and does not need to be rebuilt, you are WAY ahead of the game

the incidentals kill you. carbs, manifolds, engine accessories, trans parts, small parts etc eat up dollars fast.

a 360 engine is more costly to install if you dont get one complete with flywheel etc.

if you were to buy a complete running truck with the correct parts to do the swap it would take someone competent about 70 hours.
70 hours @ $70 = $4900 in labor + 3500 in donor truck and parts ballpark. costs above are an estimate that i used to make the decision to do it myself.
