How much weight W500 safely carry?

The data plate lists a GVW of 20,000lbs., and the truck weighs 7,800 empty.The data plate also says "front spring capasity" 9,100lbs. Does this mean for one side or is that for both sides together. I think the rear axle is rated for 17,000 or 18,000lbs. What is the most weight you could carry? Thanks, Tracy
