I haven't gotten that far yet, but my guess is that moving the core forward and reversing the tank won't work any better then the idea of using the front 230 motor mount. Since the top tank can't move any further forward, and the fan is moving forward with the front of the engine, looks to me that the top tank comes down into the area of the fan blade and the tank is going to hit the fan unless you reduce the dimensions of the tank to the same thickness as the core, or reduce the diameter of the fan. Those are just my preliminary thoughts / observations. Not sure what approach I'm going to take yet.
