Just got (and read) "Power Wagons in the Desert". A must for anyone who dreams of adventure- move over Indiana Jones!!. This is a unique book which combines the tale of adventure, archaeology and trucks. George wrote & captured a wonderful story when you didn't need fake special effects and other bs to capture your imagination. I dream of being there amongst those ancient ruins in the evening when the stars are just beginning to appear in an azure sky sitting on the running board of a WDX PW. Anyone with an once of imagination will love this book. George, thanks for sharing it with us.
