Sounds like a good price, I was quoted $60 for the brass, $20 more to work the mold "bigger" to account for shrinkage in the casting, and another $25 for a satin finish to the raised portions on the face of the plates. Total $105. I thought it sounded quite reasonable. I'm getting two for myself, and I already have the original that the the new ones are being cast from! I just need to figure out a way to mount a plaque on my "Throne" in the water closet!
