You can buy it at Lowes, Home Depot, and just about any hardware store. Its in the wood preservative section. When you buy shop around and look for stuff with the highest concentration by percentage of volume. I'm from south Loisisiana and it is a fairly common item becuase of the war on termites and cocroaches. And yes, HIGHLY toxic.
