Fly wheel pan leak

I noticed a small spot of fluid (oil?) on the garage foor. It looks like it is coming out of the fly wheel pan/cover on my 47 ffpw 230. It looks like the pan has a hole in the bottom designed to let fluid out, but is this normal? Thanks
