Guess it depends on which type of truck you like to drive more. In terms of work involved, I don't see where it would be any easier to swap a M-37 body, still got linkage and body mounts and wiring, and a lot of time lying in the dirt.
If you just want an M-37 that drives like a W200, that's one thing. But for off-road stuff I like the feel of a M-37 much better. That lumbering elephant ride is kick butt...must be the combination of wheel-base, weight distribution, and suspension/frame flex. Having some more power just sweetens the deal.
