Because theres not as many old Mopars around and not as many made like Camaro's and Mustangs. They are a dime a dozen or as a another saying goes like a-holes everybody's got one.

Aftermarket companys need to know what the market will use before they invest in tooling and so forth to make new body parts. You want to invest and sell 200000 quarter panels for a Crapmaro or invest to sell 35000 panels for a Charger...........

Actually all mechnical parts are easy to get. 90% of the interior parts can be bought now. Seat covers, carpets and inside panels. E-body Cuda and Challenger (1970+) most body panels can be bought now.

2nd Gen Chargers 68-70 (General Lee type) has a lot of body parts made now but not everything so its still a challenge to restore one. 3rd Gen 71+ Chargers body part wise doesnt exist.

I hope you enjoy your Camaro when you get it done. You can park it next to the other 17 Camaro's that show up to the local car show. Be sure to pay a visit to the 3 Mopar guys that show up and shake their hand. We had our local Sonic Drive-In show last night again. I was the ONLY Mopar Muscle car there with my Charger. We did finally have an old flathead Plymouth and a 66 VIP. A red Viper stopped by and a Lil Red Express showed up late. Marty would have liked it as the speedometer was canadian and in KM!

Power Wagons and Mopar Muscle cars are in the same boat. Always draws a crowd or thumbs up and are rarely seen at shows.
