Any tire store tat also services big trucks or AG equipment (Les Schwabb) can get you radial tubes and flaps, but they have to be radial, not nessicairly michelin. I have used 10.50R-15 tubes from lowboy trailer tires with no problems whatsoever. They come with a longer stem so they are easier to get a air chuck on.
