Mine broke pulling a couple ferds out a bar ditch. One ferd was down deep in the mud and the other was attempting to pull himself into to the mire also. When I pulled up behind the one ferd trying to "help", the owner looked back and sckoffed "Oh, excuse me, am I in your little Willey's way." I politely said no and I was just there to watch, but if he needed any help to just come on back and let me know. After a few more attempts to get the first truck out, the second ferd was now stuck too. The guy comes back and says to me "Oh this is a Dodge Power Wagon, I am in your way". I just left the two connected to see what would happen and dropped it in low and the truck settled in and back the whole works out. I would have never thought it could have done that. However, half way out I felt a slip, then in another 5 feet or so heard a very loud bang. The truck got them out and I had to limp home as a front wheel drive. Ever since then whenever guys are braggin about what their ferds can do, I just smile.
