I was backing out of a space with my Camero and bumped into a station wagon. We both looked and saw no damage except a small ding on my car. He was also backing up. I said don't worry abbout it since I had some damage from befor to repair. He got a hold of my insurance and told them I bent his bummper, frame and body panel and the damage was over 850.00 and he wanted to be paid not fix the car. His car was not worth 250.00 either! I just flat out lied to my insurance company and told them what is he talking about we were both backing up and I stopped but he kept going and hit me! I told him to just forget it because my damage was so small. Are you going to let this guy rip you off on a phoney claim when it was his fault?? I swore to it and he never got a penny! I just got mad that he was lieing so I lied myself and did a better job of it. Mark H.
