Radial tubes and flaps

Attention any tire experts (Cabell, Charlie, Mile Stone and others): Last summer I bought a set of 9.00R-16 Michelin XZL's from Bill's Tires in CA. About 6 weeks ago I took the tires and my stock split ring wheels to a truck tire shop to be mounted. The tire shop hasn't had any luck up to this point in finding a suitable radial tube. The only tube he has found has a 3" stem which would stick out beyond the rim. Does anyone know where I can find a proper fitting tube and flap for my tires? I would really like to get these mounted on my truck. Thanks in advance.
