Well, I told you all about my trip up north this last weekend and how I against all better judgement and reason ended up getting the '47 WDX afterall.... Well I noticed on the way back from Up North, about 45 min from home there sat for sale a Dodge Longbed 1 ton crew Cab! The truck had pie-pan headlite grille setup, meaning it is somewhere around a Late 65-early-67 era. It has a 8 foot stepside box, and....I noticed it had HUGE Lockouts on the front! Well, I kept driving and got home and kinda dismissed the truck from my mind.... The other Day, I was talking to a friend of mine who travels that same route frequently, and he saw the truck for sale too....and Saw lockouts and what looked like a Dana 70 'pig' under the truck. It seems to me I have found a '66'ish W-300 LONG BED crew Cab! I did not notice the price. Sunday after noon, I am going to take a jaunt out there and give the beast a look-over, and in all honesty, I really really hope it is gone, that somebody bought it... Because if it is still there and not too bad off, I am gonna snag it! I aint too concerend about the engine, as I have a good repower at home, but would rather drive it then tow it. I hope the sun-of-a-gun is sold and not in site. For all those in the Michigan area that may be interested it is located on M-46 Just a couple miles east of I-75 and Saginaw Michigan. Please somebody come get this beast, before I go and put my self in even more hock..... Somebody help me! These darn Power Wagons are taking over my life, and I LOVE it...
