There should be no call for a second radiator. These trucks were designed to run and stay the correct temp, even working at a standstill,ie winching or rear belt work.
My radiator is in near new condition and I'm running a 180 degree stat...temp gauge never budges above 180... even in Moab heat and low ground speed.
