For several years I have been recommending Spitfire Headers for the Poly 318's. Mainly due to the fact that in spite of very slow service, Harold is one of only a few manufacturers of these Poly headers.
I can no longer recommend his product. I ordered a set of headers in 2001, I paid by check, the check was cashed ( copies of the cashed check are available for any one who cares to see it) by Harold, and the headers sent COD. Of course I refused the COD charges since I had already paid, UPS took them back, but Harold said he would ship them right back, shipped properly. That was two years ago, ever since then I have been stonewalled, promised, lied to and have since found out that several others have paid for headers and have also not yet recieved their orders. To give him some credit, Harold was seriously injured in the middle of this event, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt for nearly a year. NO MORE!! I will no longer recomend his product to anyone, and until which time he makes restitution, I will run down his product when ever asked. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN, until he gets his act together!
