The truck is running, driving and stopping. It was "restified" around 1976. At that time, the winch was added and the brakes were converted to an air over hydraulic system. There is an on-board, water-cooled, engine driven air compressor. The brakes could easily be converted back to the original manual brakes. A $500 credit will be given if we are allowed to keep the air compressor.
