I'd try and clean the pan out by dropping it. Then I would run a good detergent oil and change the oil like every week for 4-6 weeks. I know it could get costly but I did this in my 69 Charger and over time it cleaned it out. The key is to clean it slowly. You dump some cleaner in and it breaks too much crud loose you'll plug up your oil system and spin bearings.
During this 4-6 week period try to drive the truck as much as possible! ;)
