Thanks for the reply! Sounds like we are running in parallel here, except that I added an NP420 into the mix. That was why
I mentioned the hand brake bracket which is part of the rear bearing retainer on the old crash box. After looking at it for a while, I took my old one to a machine shop where they were able to turn off the lip where it fit into the housing so that it would fit the NP420. I'm still not sure about the radiator though. Looks to me as if the fan will hit the top tank no matter how you do it. Guess we'll see!
