Talk to Mark H (Willy-N) about his sand attachment to his pressure washer. I'm not sure how good it is for thin sheet metal, but he seems to really like it. It didn't cost much as an add-on for the pressure washer and it uses ordinary sand and doesn't make toxic dust.
