I had one changed in Hopewell, NJ a few years back. The little place past the Wye downtown on the road towards Pennington; the place they fixed up to be in the Meg Ryan movie circa '95.
Most truck tire places will do it, albiet for a premium.
With proper precautions, it can be done at home, but there is a hazard.
