Go look in the Enco or MSC catalogue. They have Huot organizers for taps, drills, endmills etc. They run about $60 each but they are well worth the price. I bought these for work and they work great.
Another option if you have lots of cash to burn is to buy a Stanley Vidmar cabinet. These are a heavy duty customizable tool chest. You can order them with any size drawer you want with numerous different configurations of dividers in the drawers. A stanley cabinet will allow you to create dividers for all of your taps, dies, drill bits, fittings, nuts, bolts etc of any size and configuration. The last stanely cabinet I bought ran me $1500.
