I bought a smallish Craftsman T&D set back about '68. Grey plastic case with 2 red trays holding the tools. I loved it until I broke the die handle recently. Seems as though the store cannot replace the handle because they don't make handles for round dies any more. The new ones are hex-sided. Which is a good idea, but hey, I've got all this old tooling. Since they won't replace all my dies with hex ones because I've got to get a hex handle, the Craftsman "guaranteed forever" sorta breaks down. Still, Craftsman wins over other tool mfrs not because they are the highest possible quality, most beautiful, or most expensive, but because Sears is everywhere.
