What is the charging voltage? The charging voltage should be about 14.4 to 14.70 volts. If not you have problems. If you changed everything I would do a voltage drop check on the battery and charging circuit. With a voltmeter, take the postive negative lead and put it at the positive terminal of the battery. Take the positive lead and put this on the output terminal of the alternator. The goal is to have a close to Zero volts as possible. If it is more then 1 volt you have a poor connection (high resistance)from the alt to battery. You will want to do the same thing on the battery. The results you are looking for is as little of a voltage drop as possible. So basically put on lead and battery negative, the other lead on the engine block and check the voltage. and then do the same for battery postive to the starter connection.
