Some time back there was a photo of a Crewcab with huge tires, cutout fenders, and Rockwell 2 1/2 ton axles. Who was this and how is the truck coming along?

I just scored 6 of those big 16.00-20 ex military tires and I need to either build around them or just sell them. 52 inches tall, so cool.
