The winch doesn't have the clutch fork, no surprise and the piece that the spool shaft sets in on the passenger side is home made.
The bed is toast, driver's side rear fender is salvageable, doors, maybe cab, hood and windshield. I didn't inspect these items real close.
The frame is bent because it use to have an A frame on it and it has struts welded to it.
