It's the effort that goes into the research and development to put together a listing of oil seal and bearing numbers in a book that has the information you need. I don't believe the amount charged is unreasonable nor charging for the information. You end up with the information that parts stores no longer have. Try buying these items at your local parts store without it.
I can't guarantee the information in the PIF file is 100% accurate, that’s why it’s a freebee. If I could, all the time and effort I have spent researching and formatting that file would be well worth the amount I would be asking for it.
