I am not an expert, far from it. I have painted a few trucks in past years with a high presure gun and Acrylic Enamel.
When I was ready to Paint my FF/PW, I bought a HVLP spray outfit from TP Tools. I then went down to the city to a well known auto body supply that has a reputation in helping
new people. I asked about Acrylic Enamel and was told that for the best job in a 'basic home hobby ' type operation to use PPG Omni AU, Base Coat Clear Coat. I followed their instructions and was very happy with the resulting paint job. The Total cost for Paint, reducers, hardners, clear etc, etc was about $650. I will be shooting the Carryall with the same PPG Omni AU Paint System.
