4 months??? That is ridiculous. Sounds like they went to the Texas, Iowa, Idaho and California rallies before they delivered the truck.
I've shipped many many vehicles even to Canada and Australia(4 months by ship)and it took a week max on the one to Ontario Canada. I've never shipped a FFPW though so can't help you out with who will/can.
I have used Reliable transport for back east stuff and Macky(sp) transport for Canadian stuff. I use a couple local open trailer guys for nearby stuff when it has to be moved ASAP otherwise I go get them myself.
