At the end of the PIF file is the Power Wagon Survival Guide that has all current seal and bearing numbers for the PW. It cost about $15 bucks. I would recommend you get one. Also if you search "M37" on ebay there is a drivetrain seal kit offered from time to time that includes all the seals. It will interchange with the PW. The outter rear axle seal is still leather. I'm not sure a neoprene is available.
