I cut the rear stake pockets from a 2-wheel drive truck located in Bozeman, Montana several years ago that fit a second series PW bed perfectly. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the scrap yard or the year of the truck, but the truck year had to be close to the one you need. I hope this helps your search.
