1st 2nd 3rd series restoration ?

I would like to hear some feedback, if you had a choice to do a restoration on a 1st 2nd or 3rd series truck, which would it be, and why?
Which will be for sale when done.
Which one would you prefer to buy if you had the choice?
My plans are to start on a truck but not sure which one to start first.
