Man are you lucky! But, I also have a wife that will go to town on a pile of wood. Only stuff that I will have to split is when she gets down to the trunk of the tree. 20 inches around and larger. We fall some deased red oak trees that are 34 inches thick. It's all I can do to get through them with my 18 in. bar. I have a Dolmar/Makita chain saw. Had it for over 8 seasons now. Cost me about $450.00 back then.
