It is sold at Napa Auto Parts. That wheel is not painted. I did paint it later with a good Enamal Black. My rims were done with the same stuff but left un/painted. You hold the can about 12-14 inches away from the surface and spray a fast real light coat and let it dry to touch a few miniuts. Then you hit it again the same way till you get the texture you want along with complete coverage. If you spray to much at once it will flaten out and run. Keep the tip clean or it will spater larger texture. Faster movement finer texture. Practice on some thing first. About 10.00 a can and it will take most of the can to do the wheel right. Mark H.
