So know Ive learned something I wouldn't have if I didn't listen to 'kooks'. Anyhow, the sound cannon is an older technology, used in radar, sonar, and medical ultrasound, newly applied to audible range. Directional speakers is a product whose time has come. Imagine hearing impaired ole folks being able to crank up thier own TV volume, without plugging thier ears to 'local' voices. Did anybody predict all the advaced technology that high speed computers would enable?
AND my new found knowledge makes me wonder: Can hi-tension wires make an accidental phased array that focuses LOTS of electromagnetic energy at a given point ? I wonder about Randy, who did actually wear a hat with 2 layers of aluminum foil to his office, under hi-tension wires. And who I last saw being picked up by the guys driving a 'rubber truck'.
