i worked a flowmaster for 7 years and i would get the oldschool bigblock muffler that is 5 inches thick by 22 inches long and get a heat shield for it. the heatshield reflects alot of the sound to the ground and not up into the cab,i had one on my 74 and my friend had one on his 69 4x4 383 forrest service truck.don`t get the deltaflow get the old bigblock series.
