I have an 03 Dodge with the HO Cummins and 6 spd trans, 3:73 rear 4x4. I can't imagine wanting a 4:10 rear unless you are pulling more weight than a P.W. or some big hills. Last tank average of fuel was 19.5. It's getting better with the miles. At a steady 55-60 MPH it gets 24+ MPG, at a steady 80 MPH it still gets 18.5 (lousy aerodynamics with that big contractors cap) 70 MPH is 2000 RPM. With the cap it weighs 7550 LBS and its not a dualie (lots of metal in there). I haven't towed with it yet but I have had 2500 Lbs in the back, the ride did get smoother, didn't phase the drivetrain. Its the best newer truck I've ever owned and it would be really hard to go back to a gas motor.
